Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately we cannot hold a rental unit until an application has been approved and a deposit is in place.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We will require first months rent and a security deposit when signing the lease. Note: Security deposit amounts are based on your credit and income
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Your security deposit is refundable but can be applied to any repairs or required cleaning upon your move out. It can also be applied to past due rents or late fees and outstanding utility bills. So please be sure and take care of your rental as if it were your own.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply online through the link on our website. Application fee is $40 and can be paid with a credit/debit card right online.
How do I pay rent?
You have many options to pay rent. Using your online portal, mailing or dropping a money order at our office location.
